Joshua J. Judd

Joshua was raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Palo Verde High School. He then spent two years on an ecclesiastical mission in Uruguay before completing his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. After completing his undergraduate degree, Joshua returned to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Joshua, while in law school, interned at the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, before joining a real estate litigation firm. Following law school, Joshua clerked in the Eighth Judicial District Court for the Honorable Douglas Smith and the Honorable Cristina Silva, both of whom handled split criminal-civil dockets. Ultimately, he began his career by joining the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.

After having spent several years as a Deputy District Attorney at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, Joshua joined Sgro & Roger. His prior experience relates to all phases of the criminal litigation process, including in post-conviction appeals and petitions, as well as civil litigation matters.
