Roger C. Bailey is a Las Vegas native and has worked in the legal field since 2007.  Prior to joining Sgro & Roger, Mr. Bailey worked for different law firms, one where he practiced only criminal defense and the other where he practiced only personal injury.  Thereafter, he went into solo practice and was able to utilize the knowledge he gained from his prior experiences to practice multiple areas of law. Mr. Bailey practices in various areas of the law, including personal injury, criminal defense, worker’s compensation, family law, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Mr. Bailey is a member of the Nevada bar and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada.

While in law school, Mr. Bailey worked as an instructor with Nevada Legal Services, advising indigent clients on how to proceed with a legal action in small claims court from start to finish. Mr. Bailey has also volunteered with the Legal Aid Society as a CAP Attorney, representing children in TPR cases.
