Mr. Williams practices in various areas of the law, including real estate and commercial litigation, real estate finance, real estate acquisitions, commercial transactions, all areas of construction law, lien and foreclosure matters, landlord and tenant disputes, eminent domain, and bid protests.
Prior to joining Sgro & Roger, Mr. Williams represented local builders and contractors in all areas of litigation and property owners in all aspects of operation from acquisition to tenant disputes. Mr. Williams has represented municipalities in eminent domain matters and conversely private citizens in litigation against several government and administrative agencies.

Mr. Williams is a member of the Nevada bar and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada.

While at Seton Hall, Mr. Williams served as an intern for United States Magistrate Judge Mark Falk in the District of New Jersey. Mr. Williams also volunteered with the Legal Aid Society.
